Ancient voices whisper to Lwyd that Ella is his fated mate. He'll do anything to win the traditional rap battle that will gain him entry past Ella's front door so he can pillage more than just her pantry. He's got his sights on Ella's heart, but he's the one who melts at her gentle touch even as he sets her blood alight.
