Geal'shùileach: [/gʲaL/ /uləx/] Meaning "moon-eyed" or "white-eyed". They are the monsters that lurk amongst the caves on the higher portions of the crevasse entrances to Baile Coille through the Fàinne Sleagh. They are nocturnal carnivores that will devour an Oc'Blyre in minutes and they drop the picked-clean bones to the crevasse floor. They have large white eyes, long nasal slits, serrated teeth, multiple arms, and a long tail ending in a blade-like claw that they use to skewer unsuspecting prey.

They have broad, spear-like leaves and their flowers bloom on the underside of the leaves. The flowers have a pleasant odor and the pollen has properties connected to the dorcha'aon.

Orc Rock Farm: A dilapidated farm that Ruth buys and transforms, with Thorn’s help, into a Tolkien inspired bed-and-breakfast based on Hobbiton.

Talam:

A planet with three moons that orbits twin stars in a solar system across the universe from Earth. There are many continents, but none have been explored outside of the primary continent in which the orckin reside.

Talam: The planet on which the orcs live, also the continent on which they reside. I came up with the term Talam, pronounced how it's spelled, before I discovered Talam is Talamh in Scots Gaelic! For my series, I'm keeping the original pronunciation of Talam.

A clan of orckin who reside in the forested lands of Talam. They tend to have grey coloring to help them blend in with the shadows, teeth similar to a wolf's, and live in tree homes built into the giant trees.

Oc'Turin:

A clan of orckin who reside in the steppes and rolling hills of Talam. Their coloring leans more towards greens and browns to blend in with the grasses and stones of the steppes. Their teeth have large, sharp canines and flat molars. They live primarily in stone homes with living roofs, blending into the environment. They are often considered the harshest of the orckin as their training is brutal and starts early and they are rigid in their views of females.

Oc'Veltas:

A reclusive clan of orckin who reside in the isles on the eastern coast of Talam. Their coloring leans more towards blues and sea greens to blend in with the waters that they often swim in. Their teeth are narrow and sharp. They live primarily in The Citadel in homes made of stone and glass. They have isolated themselves for generations and have technologies far beyond the other clans.

Oc'Sentan:

A clan of migrating orckin who reside in the jungles and desert of northern Talam. Their coloring leans more towards dun and orange colors to blend in with the rock and sand. Their teeth are the most human-like with prominent canines. They are the most difficult of the clans to track down as they migrate with their mobile homes following the rains. They are excellent trackers and hunters.

Oc'Blyre:

A clan of giant orckin who reside in caves carved into the mountains in the south of Talam. Their coloring ranges from brows to greys to whites to fit in with their cold, rocky climate. Their teeth are sharp with tusks and can reach over eight feet tall. They are well adapted to the cold and mine the mountains for ore and sun stones.
